Sofia Bond is a dedicated environmental advocate and graduate student pursuing her Master of Professional Science in Urban Sustainability and Resilience at the University of Miami. Born and raised in Miami, her deep connection to the local ecosystem has fueled her lifelong passion for environmental protection. In high school, Sofia was a Junior Ambassador and Junior Ambassador Mentor. She has worked for four years at Miami Waterkeeper, first as a Water Quality Field Technician and now as an Education and Outreach Assistant. Looking ahead, she aims to leverage her technical skills and environmental knowledge to help transform cities into more sustainable, environmentally conscious spaces.
