Sofia Bond is a dedicated environmental advocate who holds a Master of Professional Science in Urban Sustainability and Resilience from the University of Miami.
Born and raised in Miami, her deep connection to the local ecosystem has fueled her lifelong passion for environmental protection. In high school, Sofia was a Junior Ambassador and Junior Ambassador Mentor. She has worked for over five years at Miami Waterkeeper, first as a Water Quality Field Technician, then as an Education and Outreach Associate, and now as a Community Engagement Coordinator. She aims to leverage her technical skills and environmental knowledge to help transform cities into more sustainable, environmentally conscious spaces.
