Ellen Levinson
Ellen, a resident of Coconut Grove, is an interior and garden designer who has practiced in South Florida, Connecticut, and New York. Two of her Southport, Connecticut gardens are documented in the Smithsonian’s Archives of American Gardens.

Having lived on the coast her entire life, Ellen is an avid sailor, boater, and scuba diver. She understands the need to protect our freshwater, coastlines, and oceans. Ellen sees an opportunity for Miami to be a leader as a sustainable coastal city. She joined Miami Waterkeeper to help make this happen.

Ellen has been involved with several community and philanthropic organizations over many years. She was one of the leads in the restoration of Southport Park in Connecticut, a historic site set on 11 acres.
