Yoga & Marine Debris Clean-up

Join us for a unique community event that combines wellness and environmental action!

Led by instructor Yadira "Yaya" Capaz, come enjoy an energizing morning yoga flow to ground in your body and awaken your senses to the stunning natural beauty of Virginia Key. We'll close with a relaxing sound bath meditation featuring singing bowls, chimes, bells, and rainmakers to soothe the nervous system before heading out to give back to our coastline.

After the clean-up, stick around and soak it all in! Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Historic Virginia Key Beach Park, connect with fellow attendees, and take a moment to appreciate the difference you helped make. It's a great opportunity to relax, share the experience, and enjoy the space we just helped protect.

• Cost: $5 per person

What to Bring

Please arrive 30 minutes early (at 9:00 AM) — the yoga session begins promptly at 9:30 AM!

• Yoga mat
• Refillable water bottle
• Closed-toe shoes (required- no exceptions) and long-sleeved shirt (recommended for clean-up)
• Hat, sunblock, and insect repellent (recommended)
• Comfortable gloves for clean-up (or we'll provide them)
