We need your voice to make a difference for Miami-Dade County's future! As advocates for a healthier environment and stronger communities, we are excited to share crucial budget considerations that demand our attention and support.
The County budget is a reflection of our values and our priorities. It lays out the level of services that the County can provide to our community.
This year’s budget will invest in projects that help clean up Biscayne Bay and prepare Miami-Dade County for a resilient future. Mayor Levine Cava has prioritized in this budget:
- Funding for septic to sewer conversion projects
- Funding to invest in stormwater infrastructure to prevent flooding
- Funding the removal and disposal of Sargassum
- Funding for the critically important Environmentally Endangered Lands Program
Email the commissioners today and tell them that the environment is a priority in our community and that our budget should reflect our shared value. This only takes one click on the form below!
