A group of environmentalists and recreational divers sued the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on Wednesday over a $374 million plan to dredge Fort Lauderdale's Port Everglades, arguing that the Corps didn't analyze all the potential impacts that the project may have on coral reef in the area using the best available information.
