Join us for an in-depth workshop where you'll learn about the importance of civic engagement and hone your skills to be a powerful advocate for Miami's waterways!
The workshop will be facilitated by Wren Ruiz (they/them/theirs/elle), Urban Health Partnership's Director of Healthy Streets & Public Spaces. With a background in landscape architecture and planning Wren brings expertise in design and planning and knowledge of urban and natural environments. Throughout their career, Wren has focused on prioritizing community-driven, sustainable solutions, and advocating for increased investment in marginalized communities.
