Katia Bulgarelli is a psychologist that is passionate about people development, education, and growth. She has over 20 years of experience leading Human Resources, developing strategies for organizations and enabling leaders achieve their vision, mission, and goals.
Born and raised in Brazil, Katia fell in love with Miami’s beaches and with Biscayne Bay when she moved to The Magic City with her family in 2017. Katia joined the Board of Miami Waterkeeper with the intent to be a force for the team and to help keep the local community aware of the climate challenges that will impact all of us in the future.
