Saving Biscayne Bay: Surfside Youth Talk with Miami Waterkeeper

Miami Waterkeeper Dr. Rachel Silverstein conducted an interactive Zoom class for kids and teens in Surfside about the recent and unprecedented fish kill in Biscayne Bay. As a bayside and beachside community, Surfside depends on a healthy Biscayne Bay, and its youth are uniquely positioned to help create a healthy ecosystem. 

Dr. Silverstein also spoke to Sunny Isles Commissioner Dana Goldman about the conditions in Biscayne Bay and efforts to fix the ongoing pollution.
