Maddie is a fourth year undergraduate student at the University of Miami pursuing a B.A. in Marine Affairs, with minors in Biology and Ecosystems Science & Policy.
Maddie is a fourth year undergraduate student at the University of Miami pursuing a B.A. in Marine Affairs, with minors in Biology and Ecosystems Science & Policy. She spent her junior Spring semester studying marine science in the Galapagos, as well as volunteering at the Galapagos Tortoise Breeding Center. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Maddie has been passionate about the ocean and conservation since she was a young girl. Maddie plans to continue her education and attain a M.S. in Marine Conservation and dedicate her professional career to help develop and implement sustainable solutions for marine ecosystems through the integration of scientific research, environmental advocacy, and education.
