Originally from Canada, her background was in human biology and geology. After finding her passion in environmental studies, she moved to Miami to pursue studies to help protect the environment she loves. Since the very first day of her graduate studies at the University of Miami, it was her dream to become an intern for Miami Waterkeeper. With this internship, and her coursework, she hopes to graduate by the end of 2018 and work for the Canadian Government.
