Walk, Talk, and Clean up along the Commodore Trail

Join Miami Waterkeeper and Friends of the Commodore Trail for a Sunday morning walk, talk, and clean up along the beautiful Commodore Trail in Coconut Grove! 

On Sunday, November 3rd, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am join us for Caring for the Bay: A Sunday Morning Walk & Talk, hosted by Miami Waterkeeper and Friends of the Commodore Trail. This free event includes a 2-mile guided walk along the Commodore Trail in Coconut Grove with insightful discussions about the environmental challenges facing Biscayne Bay all while making a difference and picking up trash. Meet neighbors, enjoy coffee and pastries, and help us protect the Bay while learning how you can get involved!

Parking available at Kennedy Park; Bike parking available at Coral Reef Yacht Club.

What to Bring

• Comfortable walking shoes and sun protection
• Reusable water bottle (stay hydrated!)
• Your own gloves or trash pickers (optional)

All clean-up supplies will be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.

• Guided Walk & Talk: Explore the scenic Commodore Trail while learning about the environmental challenges facing Biscayne Bay and efforts to improve the trail.

• Hands-On Clean-Up: Help us keep the Bay clean by participating in a community clean up.
