Kayla graduated with distinction with a Master of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communication in 2018 where she specialized in Web Design and Online Communication. While studying, Kayla worked as a Content Strategist for the Marketing and Analytics team at Florida International University's College of Business. Her educational background in web design and communications combined with her work experience in marketing allows her to approach communicating on digital platforms from a unique perspective.
Kayla graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida in 2012. She also graduated with a minor in Art History and a specialization in Photojournalism.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys figure skating, kayaking, and practicing yoga.
