Joseph was born and raised in South Miami. He has been swimming in Biscayne Bay since he was old enough to walk. He has fished and dived the waters of South Florida and the Keys since I was a boy. He is also passionate about spearfishing. Joe is Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group at Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman. Joe's transactional real estate and corporate experience spans over 25 years from his prior career as a real estate and corporate banker throughout his legal career. Joe represents a variety of clients, including real estate developers, financial institutions, private equity firms, high net worth individuals, and public entities in all phases of complex commercial real estate and business transactions.
