Joshua graduated from Florida International University with an M.S. in Environmental Studies and a focus on estuarine biogeochemistry. His thesis research focused on identifying nutrient sources in the coastal Everglades, with the main goal of addressing the underlying problem driving intermittent harmful algae blooms throughout the central Florida Bay region. He is passionate about resource management and ecosystem conservation.
Outside of work, you can find him fishing, biking, or hiking in the natural environments throughout South Florida.
