Julienne Beblo
As a Master of Professional Science graduate student at the Rosenstiel School for Marine and Atmospheric Science, Julienne is focusing on Marine Conservation.

Julienne became passionate about the marine environment and its conservation during high school, which inspired her to pursue a BS in Marine Biology at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Her interest in interdisciplinary studies also included a BA in Studio Art and a minor in English. As a Master of Professional Science graduate student at the Rosenstiel School for Marine and Atmospheric Science, she is focusing on Marine Conservation. Her work with Miami WaterKeeper includes compiling visual data concerning the degradation of corals around the Port of Miami dredging project. She hopes to pursue an interdisciplinary career that incorporates marine policy, conservation, education, and research in order to better achieve protection of the ocean and its habitats.
